My career in photography began 40 years ago as a journalism student in college.  At the time I photographed a lot of adventure sports, which led me to Alaska in 1990.  I guided on Denali National Park & Preserve and in the Arctic, and fell in love with Alaska.  My passion for all things outdoors drives a lot of my photography, and Alaska’s wild places inspire me to continue this creative journey.
