Aleut Artistry

The Aleut people are one of the five major cultural groups of Alaska Natives. Their traditional territory stretches from parts of the Bristol Bay region out to the end of the Aleutian Islands. This still life acrylic painting celebrates the beauty of traditional Aleut handicrafts, including mask, traditional hat, and other items.
