Barbara Lavallee Art Cards

Barbara Lavallee is a much loved Alaskan artist known as a painter of happy subjects. Her art cards feature her popular paintings that reveal her interest in people, how they live, and what they do. Through exposure to native Alaska culture, she developed a distinctive style that celebrates the joy, resilience, and hard work that characterizes native life. She paints in transparent watercolor, playing hot colors against a white background.

The cards are printed in Alaska on matte paper that meets the Sustainable Forest Initiative guidelines that promote responsible management of the world’s forest. They come with a white envelope sleeved in an eco-friendly clear, compostable plastic enclosure.
